UTM bangunkan Ready4Work


Johor Bahru: Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) menjalankan kerjasama strategik dengan Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad (TalentCorp) bagi membangunkan paiitan Ready4Work yang akan dimuatkan dalam portal MyLinE.

Naib Canselor UTM, Prof Datuk Dr Zaini Ujang, berkata, MyLinE atau sumber dalam talian untuk pembelajaran dalam bahasa Inggeris adalah persekitaran pembelajaran maya yang dibangunkan UTM dan boleh diakses kepada setengah juta pengguna.

"Portal yang disenggarakan dan diuruskan UTM bagi pihak Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi bertujuan meningkatkan penguasaan bahasa Inggeris graduan di negara ini.

"Kerjasama UTM dan TalentCorp hari ini bermatlamat meningkatkan keupayaan sistem portal itu bagi menampung lebih banyak pengguna pada masa depan sekali gus membangunkan pautan Ready4Work," katanya dalam majlis pemeteraian Memorandum Perjanjian (MoA) antara UTM dengan TalentCorp itu di sini, barubaru ini.


MoA ditandatangani Prof Zaini bagi pihak UTM dan TalentCorp oleh Ketua Pegawai Eksekutifnya, Johan Mahmood Merican. Pusat sehenti Prof Zaini berkata, Ready4Work ialah portal diri akses dalam talian yang berfungsi sebagai pusat sehenti dengan tujuan menangani jurang kemahiran tenaga kerja Malaysia dan menghubungkan mereka dengan majikan yang berpotensi.

"Pautan Ready4Work adalah satu platform pembelajaran dalam talian yang menempatkan kandungan yang berkualiti tinggi daripada syarikat teratas kepada kerjaya dan kemahiran yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kebolehpasaran bakat muda di institusi pengajian tinggi awam di Malaysia.

"TalentCorp bekerjasama dengan UTM melalui MyLinE, sebuah portal pembelajaran yang menyediakan sumber dan aktiviti yang membolehkan pelajar untuk bertemu, belajar bahasa Inggeris dan belajar dalam bahasa Inggeris dalam talian," katanya.

Beliau berkata, kandungan pautan Ready4Work termasuk panduan mengenai tips temu duga dan persediaan, termasuk siri membantu graduan mengenal pasti kelemahan dalam temu duga.

    ثالثاً .. بعد العزل:

        يمكن إستخدام السطح بعد جفاف المادة تماماً، بحيث يمكن المشي بشكل طبيعي فوقه و لكن دون ضربه بأي أدوات حادة أو ما شابه ذلك .

    المواد عزل اسمنتيي:

    عزل الخرسانة باستخدام المواد الاسمنتية
    التحضيرات المطلوبة قبل العزل :
    يجب أن يكون سطح الخرسانة خشن حتي تكون مفتوحة المسامات للتأكد من قوة الاختراق و الالتصاق .

    خطوات العمل:

       
    إزالة الخرسانة الضعيفة و أماكن التعشيش و النتوءات الزائدة حتي الوصول
    إلي الخرسانة الصلبة و يتم معالجتها بمتدة مثل الماكس بلج أو ( ما يماثلها )
    .

    مـلـحـوظـة:

    بعض أنواع الخرسانة الضعيفة تحتاج إلي أعمال حقن خاصة بعد العزل :

        يتم الرش لمدة خمسة أيام بعد الإنتهاء من التنفيذ و ذلك لزيادة قوة الإلتصاق و الإختراق .
        صب طبقة خرسانة حماية للأرضيات حتي لا يتم خدشها .
        لياسة الجدران .

        العزل الايبوكسي


    هي ماده تدخل ضمن الدهانات العازله حيث تستخدم في عزل الخزانات والارضيات لتفادي مشاكل تسرب المياه
    كما انه دهان مقاوم للكيماويات والاحتكاك والرطوبه ويستخدم في حاله وجود اسطح رطبه
